The property is most of the flat, with large outdoor spaces, with large Kalamotes where one enjoys a super comfortable living room and a large dining area. There are three large bedrooms with separate toilets / showers in the edge of the house. In the middle there is a large living room with a dining table with a fireplace in an open plan space as well as a large fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub in one of the three bedrooms.
Outside there is a large BBQ and on the lower level very large space with a bar and a seating area overlooking the sea and specifically the bay of Koundouros and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.
The villa is built on a hilltop hill where every part of it has a magnificent view of the skyline, the sea and specifically the bay of Koundouros. The access is mainly by car. The villa has large outdoor areas, covered or not, a swimming pool overlooking the endless blue of the sea, sun loungers, two seating areas, a large monastic dining table and a BBQ. At the entrance there is a large private outdoor parking lot where up to 6 cars can fit.
Koundouros is an area with expensive, unique aesthetic detached houses, with privacy and direct access to the beach of Koundouros, where one can enjoy food Coffee or drink in the luxurious restaurants /bars /cafes combined with water sports or just sunbathing on the sun loungers on the sand.
