The villa itself, built on 3 floors into the incline of the hill (so that each level has the great sea views), is very comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities.
The middle (entrance floor) offers an attractive lounge and open plan dining room with sea facing balconies and an excellent fully fitted kitchen. On this level there is also a guest WC. The upper floor houses the Master double bedroom with en suite shower room and twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Both bedrooms share a sea facing balcony from which spectacular sun sets can be enjoyed.
On the lower level (garden level) there is further accommodation including a second sitting room/den. A further sitting area offers a double sofa bed if needed. This lower level also has a well equipped kitchen as well as a further double bedroom and shower room. There is also a utility room on this level. All the floors are united by an interior staircase.
The garden level leads out to the barbecue area and garden, whilst the raised ground floor level leads out to the pool area. The villa offers 2 large flat screen TVs connected to satellite systems and home cinema system. Both sitting rooms have a DVD and CD player and all the bedrooms offer (smaller) flat screen TVs connected to the satellite system.
