The living area directly opens up to a shaded veranda where an outdoor table stands, ideal for dining al fresco and enjoying the sea views and the pool. A stone-built BBQ at the backyard will definitely be appreciated by those fond of barbequing. Few steps up from the living room you reach the first double bedroom with its spacious bathroom and a WC. Ascending the interior staircase, you find two more double bedrooms and a bathroom.
All three bedrooms have immediate access to balconies and enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views across the azure Aegean Sea.
One level under the living area lies another bedroom with a bathroom and on the same level a fully furnished studio with an independent entrance offers complete privacy. The studio is suitable for up to 4 guests and consists of a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.
