The complex can accommodate up to 12 guests and is ideal for a large group, an unforgettable location for a wedding, friends-trip or family reunion. 
The villa sits on the top of the hill and can accommodate four guests. It consists of two entities: living room + bathroom + WC + sleeping room (main house), and study/living room + bathroom/WC+  sleeping room (guesthouse), all on one level, equipped with air conditioning and wheel chair accessible. It has a private pool, terraces, garden with sea and mountain views all around. The house has a warm, minimalistic design. The grey and white basic colors are aesthetically mixed with color accents that remind of the four ecosystems of Crete: sea, forest, mountains and sky. 
The main house also features a roof terrace and two shady terraces sizing approximately 75 m2 in total with great privacy, sunbeds, parasols and luxury garden furniture around the private pool. They offer every ingredient for a lovely outside living and an astonishing 360-degrees view.
The semi-detached studios are gently scattered down the hill, to the main pool below. All have sliding doors to shady terraces and external stairs to private roof decks, ideal for gazing at the stars at night…
Each studio covers 32 m2 and consists of:
•    Private parking in front of your door; also accessible via stairs or ramps
•    Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe and spacious safe for your laptop and belongings
•    Separate toilet with sink
•    Bathroom with washbasin and luxury walk-in shower
•    Living/bedroom with 160*200 bed, desk and chair
•    Kitchenette with induction hob, sink, refrigerator, cooker, toaster etc.
•    Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi inside and outside;
•    Free Satellite TV; Google Chromecast in each unit
•    Via sliding door from the living room: private terrace with sitting area under pergola and parasol
•    Via outside staircase: private roof terrace on each studio
The architecture is reminiscent of the Cyclades-style; cubic white formations in combination with natural stone landscape walls, entirely appropriate in this rural setting. The lush garden is automatically irrigated daily.
The design décor is warm and well-balanced, in combination with natural materials, without excess. Built in 2015/2016, the resort is in full compliance with all current requirements of durability, sound- and temperature insulation, safety and accessibility.
At the bottom end of the site, a large common swimming pool is situated. This offers a great sun terrace and abundant shade as well. Bath towels are provided. In the relaxed lounge-bar guests can enjoy their breakfast, dinner and drinks. Cookery, BBQ, oven, deep fry, and all utensils for 12 are provided. 
Several activities are possible in the area. Diving courses, fishing trip, exploring archaeological sites, a mountain bike trip across rivers and mountains, spectacular gorge hiking and car touristic tracks. Exclusively for their guests, Crisia provides a free app with useful information about tours, excursions, markets and an event calendar. 
Villa Crisia is a haven of peace. However, if you want to spice up you holiday with some action, you can. For visits to the local beach and the direct surroundings, a car is not needed. Everything is within walking distance of villa Crisia. Cars, 4x4’s, motorbikes, scooters and (e-)bikes are for rent in the village. Villa Crisia warmly welcomes guests who highly appreciate rest and privacy, combined with a certain level of luxury and service in a great surroundings.  Usually it has an “Only-Adults (21+)” formula. For group bookings, minimum age is 12.

The group may use the open plan kitchen and BBQ at the pool bar area, so guests can either have breakfast and dinner at their private studio terrace or can gather together as a group at the pool. That offers optimal flexibility and combines privacy with group experience. So, each couple in a group has their private studio space with kitchenette, sea view terrace and roof-deck, while the lay-out of the main pool area is ideal for common dinners and evening gatherings.
