Villa Filio has an indoor living space of 200 m², 160 m² of patios/balconies and is set on a private 5000m² property. The villa consists of three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests, an inviting living room area with vast bay windows that bring the outdoors in, a country-style open-plan kitchen, balconies, patios, vividly colorful gardens and a spectacular infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains, olive groves and sea that surround the home.
On the main floor, a large open-plan area welcomes guests and includes the comfortable, spacious high-ceilinged living room area with its striking fireplace and oak wood flooring, the casual dining room with dining table for 8 persons and the villa’s well-ordered, stylishly functional kitchen. It may have a rustic elegance, but it provides absolute 21st century amenities and equipment, a treat for cooking aficionados, who are incidentally encouraged to pick fresh vegetables from the villa’s organic garden to use in their creations. Natural light and stunning views enter through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, creating an airy feel.
The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a king size bed, an adjacent bathroom and a large, furnished private patio. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with two twin beds that can be attached. Each of the first floor bedrooms has a private balcony offering lovely views, while they share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beds are comfortable, with high quality mattresses and crisp, high thread-count bed linens. All bathrooms are well laid-out and stocked with premium bath amenities, hairdryers, slippers, robes and fluffy towels. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, superior quality bedding and mattresses, flat screen TVs, individually controlled air conditioning and open out to either a balcony or patio, with stunning views.

An outdoor extension of the tasteful interiors can be found in the marvelous pergola-shaded verandas. With their two outdoor dining and lounging areas, built-in cushioned sofas and comfy patio furniture, the verandas embrace the villa and open onto the gardens and barbecue corner.
Villa Filio is surrounded by an extensive Mediterranean garden, with vast green lawn areas bordered by aromatic thyme, rose and lavender bushes. The highlight of the property’s outdoor area is the dazzling infinity pool, with its wooden deck and seemingly floating lounging area separating the main pool from the children’s pool, designed for ultimate relaxation at all hours.
