The villa has fantastic panoramic view over the village and the sea straight between Paros and Naxos like as a painting. The place is ideal for relaxation and absolutely privacy. Villa Giasi3 is a two story house which host 6 person. On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Cookers, Fridge and Deep Freezer) and comfortable living-dining room. Nespresso machine and Filter Coffeemaker machine. It also has two bathrooms with shower , hair dryer and cleaning products. One of three bedrooms is upstairs with a window to view village and Aegean. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with view to Naxos. They all contain built-in double beds (1.60m x 2.0m) and one of these (1.80m x2.00m). Extra mini-kitchen is equipped with hot plates 2 plates and mini-fridge. There is also a washer-dryer and ironing machine.

The villa is located in the most beautiful place of the island. Lefkes village is only and a 3-minute downgrade walk. You can easily walk steep back home for a really healthy and relaxing exercise. For admirer of long walks the place is regarded a 'Walkers' paradise' with miles of walking opportunity in the green and pretty Byzantine paths of the countryside around the villas through the old windmills and monasteries. The villa is only 2 minutes from the village of Lefkes by car or for a cozy walk next to the forest of the village in just 15 minutes. Your children can play in new playground and square of the village as you can enjoy your drink in many nearby café. Also the best restaurants on the island with local products and traditional foods are in Lefkes. You can also find mini-market, bakery and pharmacy. Every year of the village people hold a festival in 20th of August with food and live music until morning. All the neighbors are relatives of ours who are friendly and polite. You have nothing to be scared of! The villa is only 6 to 20 minutes by car from all of the island's famous beaches. Santa Maria: 16 mins, Molos: 10 mins, Golden Beach: 15 mins, Farangas: 25 mins, Krios: 20 mins, etc.
