Situated on a 9.800 sq. meters plot of land, and just 400 meters from the beach, our guests certainly do not feel trapped between walls. Instead, they lavish in their stunning surroundings, enjoying the comfort of luxury accommodation with a breathtaking view.

The construction and layout of the houses is the exceptional outcome of the close cooperation between our 5-member team of talented and experienced professionals: The civil engineer, the architect, the interior designer, the landscape designer, and the electrician and mechanical engineer. All worked together to create a smooth, two-way exchange of beauty and elegance between the buildings and their surroundings. And we believe they have achieved just that.

Where necessary, we have chosen to use glass surfaces to sustain the unobstructed view to the sea, the horizon, and the majestic Mount Ainos. Indoors, we combined the organic warmth of wood and the serenity of clean lines with innovative materials and fabrics that bring elegance to the contemporary design. In the garden, we used stone from the subsoil of Cephalonia and selected all our plants and flowers from varieties that grow naturally on the island.

Ikonia is a 157 sq m house that can accommodate up to eight (8) people. It has three double bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, with an open plan kitchen, dining room and WC. There is also a covered terrace with an unlimited, stunning view of the Ionian sea.

The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, is on the second floor of the villa. It has two balconies, one with a view to the sea, the other to the mountain. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom at the ground floor.

All rooms are shaded with blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary contemporary appliances. There is also a sitting room, with a sofa that easily transforms to a double bed.

Swimming pool seamlessly integrated into the surrounding area. It is 8 meters long, with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.10 m. and 2.20 m. respectively. They are suitable, friendly and safe for kids. Upon request, and at an extra cost, you can have them heated at your desired 
temperature.
