We renovated it in 2019 keeping its character and style as it was, with most of the furniture that our aunt had brought from New York and the paintings that she had drawn herself, all over the house. Villa Teris' location is so privileged cause one that lives here has equal access to Naxos town to the beaches and mainland villages as well!
It consists of 6 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom, a jacuzzi in master's bedroom bathroom and two more WCs in the house. Two kitchens with stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cutlery, dishes,pots,pan etc.
One large living room with two sofas and a second living room with the a smart TV set with sattelite antenna. In addition to these, one large dining room in the villa.
There are big verandas all around the villa of 383 m2, with sofas and another round marble dining table as well as barbecue area with pergola and of course the swimming pool of 57m2 , which is heated on request, with deck chairs and umbrellas around of it, in our private estate of 3500 sq.meters.
The location is a paradise itself, for those who seek for peacefulness, privacy, lots of trees and flowers! In our picturesque land full of orange, mandarin and olive trees, which belong to our family from our grandfather, three little Byzantine aged churches are located which are dated back to the 8th century! Moreover, Paleologos Tower is just opposite our villa and Bazeos Tower is just 3 minutes driving away from where the famous Naxos' Festival takes place every summer! In this family estate, three generations have grown up with lots of love and laughter!
