In Summer 2020, the movie “The lost daughter” with Olivia Coleman was shot mainly at Spetses and in the area, and in summer 2021 NETFLIX shoot the movie “Knives out 2” (the sequel of Knives out 1) with Daniel Craig and Dave Bautista. Furthermore, the villa was rented for the accommodation of part of the film’s cast.
Villa Zenia has a total surface of 210 m2 consisting of a ground floor main building and a separate two-floor house, accommodating total of six guests:  The main house of 155 m2 consists of: Open plan living room, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom, guest WC, and a second bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom. Upon request, we can replace the double bed with two single ones, only for one bedroom. 
The independent two-floor guest house has 55 m2 surface: Ground floor with living room and bathroom and on top of the indoor staircase a big bedroom with a sofa (green room). A small bridge connects the rooftop of the main house with the guest house, with a magnificent view of the 6.000 m2 private plot of the villa.
In every bedroom there is a satellite TV and a personal safe (three in total). An open-air cinema right outside the main entrance is always at your disposal for incredible movie evenings under the stars. However, a separate deposit of 900 € will be asked, and retained by your travel agent for the use of the equipment.
Ververonda area First entrance (2 km from Porto-Heli port). Downhill the villa (2,5 km) there is the Ververonda Bay with a daily Beach Bar and a famous Greek fish Taverna named “Maistraki”.
Five minutes’ drive from the villa, is AMANZOE Porto Heli, member of the most exclusive Luxury Aman Resort chain.
For restaurants/tavernas and cafés in Porto Heli and nearby areas, you will find relevant information, upon your arrival. Same applies for ancient archeological sites worth visiting, as well as daily excursions either by boat (with or without a skipper) or for car hire in Porto Heli.
Water skiing school, 10 minutes from the villa, excellent for beginners, it is like a lake, managed by a British lady.
