The villas are situated in the most beautiful spot of the island. Lefkes village is only a 15-minute downhill walk. You may easily walk uphill back home for a really healthy and relaxing exercise. For fans of long walks the place is considered a “walkers’ paradise” with miles of walking possibilities in the green and quite byzantine paths of countryside around the villas through the old windmills and monasteries.

Villa 1 with shared pool (220 sq/m): Two story house which host 9 person. On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Cookers, Fridge, Deep Freezer and Dish Washer) and comfortable living-dining room. Nespresso machine and Filter Coffee-maker machine. One of the bathroom upstairs has Jacuzzi shower and wardrobe. Two bedrooms have double beds with comfortable and orthopaedic mattresses and fitted wardrobe. On the lower level has a mini-kitchen with hot plates 2 plates , mini fridge and the same place has build sofa which can accomodate one person. Other two bedrooms like as the two bedrooms on the upper level. The other bathroom has a shower. All of the bedrooms have view to the village and the Aegean. They all contain built-in double beds (1.60m x 2.0m) and one of these (1.80m x2.00m). There is also a washer-dryer and ironing machine . Outdoor upstairs there is a big veranda where you can enjoy your meal to the unlimited view over the Aegean. The table can easily sit 12 and bake in gas barbeque. Downstairs has outdoor Jacuzzi for 5 person and garden with fruit trees and grass.

On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen(Oven, Microwave, Cookers, Fridge and Deep Freezer) and comfortable living-dining room . Nespresso machine and Filter Coffeemaker machine. It also has two bathroom with shower , hair dryer and cleaning products. One of the three bedrooms is upstairs with a balcony door to a full view to the Aegean. The other two bedrooms are downstairs they have with view and mini veranda where you can enjoy your breakfast. They all contain builtin double beds (1.60m x 2.0m) and one of these (1.80m x2.00m) . There Is also a washer-dryer and ironing machine.

Giasa villas is only 2 minutes from village Lefkes by car or for a pleasant walk next to the forest of the village in just 15 minutes. Your children can play in new playground and square of the village as you can enjoy your drink in many nearby café. Also the best restaurants on the island with local products and traditional foods are in Lefkes. You can also find mini-market, bakery and farmacy. Every year the villagers hold a festival in the 20th of August with food and live music until morning. All the neighbours are relatives of ours who are friendly and polite.You have nothing to be scared of! The villas are only 6 to 20 minutes by car away from all of the island’s famous beaches. Santa Maria: 16 mins, Molos: 10 mins, Golden Beach: 15 mins, Farangas: 25 mins, Krios: 20 mins, etc.
