Villa Romy is another elegant and well-equipped villa, set on top of a hill in a privileged part of the cosmopolitan Porto Heli and offering spectacular views of the island of Spetses and the coasts of the Peloponnese. Built on 3 levels in a plot of 4000 sq.m, this 450 sq.m villa has all the requirements to ensure relaxed and luxurious holidays in a very inviting environment.

The ground level houses a very cozy and inviting living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped, traditionally-styled kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms with a private balcony and a shared bathroom. From this space the guests can enjoy a view to the terrace and pool, but also to the sea. Special features are the stone-built accent wall and the beamed roof.

On the upper level there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a kitchenette, for a quick morning or afternoon coffee or tea and a private veranda.

Going down to the lower level, we reach one bedroom, an independent bathroom, a living area, an equipped kitchen, but also 2 private verandas. More than that, there is also a staff en suite bedroom. In addition, on the same level also exist a storage space, a laundry space and a playroom with a pull table, a bar and a living area.

In the outdoor areas, the star is the big swimming pool with the sun beds, allowing also a view to the surrounding beautiful landscape and the sea. Moreover, the guests will be able to enjoy alfresco dinners at the barbecue & dining area, but also relaxing moments at all times, in the lounge areas of this beautifully landscaped scenery, full of flowers and fruit trees.
