The main villa (approx. 210 sq. m., on two levels) features two levels, connected by an internal stairway and it can accommodate up to 8 people in its four bedrooms. Both villa’s levels have their own main-entrance door, enabling the guests to act independently by locking the door on the base of the internal staircase.
The upper (ground floor) villa level features one double bedroom with access to its private veranda, with panoramic sea and sunset views, a second bedroom (twin or double upon request), an open-plan living room in harmony with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. The living room, decorated with works of Greek painters, is also surrounded by large terraces with outdoor dining and relaxation areas as well, directly facing the magnificent Aegean Sea and the wonderful Cycladic sunsets. On this same level of the villa, a large swimming pool area offers an exclusive experience while enjoying the tranquility and serenity of Greek nature, especially during sunset.
Walking down the internal stairs to the underground level of the villa, a unique cave residence “yposkafo”, with external stone walls, appears. An ideal combination of innovation with tradition, reflecting the minimalist simplicity of Cycladic architecture, in perfect harmony with the island’s landscape. Simple lines and white furniture dominate the decoration of the living room and the two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), while touches of color delight the eye and create an overall elegant atmosphere.
The floor to ceiling aluminum windows dominate the area, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living and allowing the Cycladic light and landscape to imbue the house. The open-plan contemporary kitchen of this level is fully equipped with state- of-the-art white kitchen appliances, and a kitchen island with seatings and Greek marble countertop and sink, offering discrete luxury to the area. Finally, the two bathrooms with walk-in showers of this level are comfortable and stylish, compatible with the Cycladic architecture as gray shades of cement mortar cover the floor and the
walls.
Right next to the cave dwelling, the Stone-Suite (approx. 45 sq. m.) is a discrete part of the Villa Calista design plan, keeping its independence with a separate main-entrance door, that can accommodate 2-3 more people (1 double bed and 1 single sofabed). This spacious and peaceful suite, with soothing neutral tones and relaxed feel, features an open plan living room in harmony with the raised bedroom, one kitchenette
and one bathroom with shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to enter the room and open up the suite to the outside unique views of the Aegean Sea. The suite features a large terrace with outdoor dining and relaxation areas and 180-degree views of the blue sky meeting the ocean.
