The 250 sqm villa is surrounded by well kept lawns, olive trees and your own private little orchard which includes lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees. Outside, you will also find a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play.The Villa is built in a private plot (measuring 1500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras (Laganas). The location is ideal, as it is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 2 kilometers away.
Spend your holidays leisurely by the pool soaking up some sun and enjoy the cool evening breeze on the veranda while sipping a drink or dining al fresco.
The ground floor features an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room includes a fireplace, Digea Netflix flat screen TV and playstation (PS3). The kitchen features a dining table and is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, frappe mixer, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, balcony and private bath.
The staircase leads you to the attic where you will find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with two double beds and private bath and the other is a suite with a king size bed and also a private bath.
In total the villa consists of four bedrooms with five double beds and four baths. It can thus comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
This popular Zakynthos villa rental is only a short drive by car or taxi from Zante Town and Laganas. It is near the main bus route and an area with bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket . Villa Dream is a really convenient option for guests who wish to be able to easily nip around this busy part of the island.
Two kilometers way you will find the renowned tourist resort of Laganas with many taverns, restaurants, shops, bars and night clubs where you can party until the early morning hours. Laganas beach is one of the longest, sandy beaches in Greece and a nesting place for the endangered Caretta sea turtle. Do not miss the opportunity to rent a boat and visit the beautiful Marathonisi Island, also known as Turtle Island. The crystal blue waters against the white sand are just magical to swim in. If you’re lucky, you might even get a glimpse of the turtles that live and frequent in this area.
For a quiet evening by the sea, you can visit the traditional Keri village (11 kilometers away) and enjoy some fresh fish and local delicacies at one of the local taverns and restaurants. Zakynthos town (10 kilometers away), is ideal for shopping on the pedestrian road, visiting churches and museums as well as enjoying coffee or a drink in one of the many cute coffee shops in the historical squares or on the port road.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
