The most impressive feature of the villa is the swimming pool, which is surrounded by an expansive terrace offering uninterrupted panoramic views. This area serves as the ideal spot for relaxation and evening drinks, overlooking the Aegean Sea, the rugged natural rock formations, and the ancient Acropolis.
Shaded outdoor dining and lounge areas are available throughout the property, making them perfect for leisurely breakfasts, refined outdoor meals, and barbecue gatherings.
The upper level features a sea-view master suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A private veranda offers exceptional views of the sea and the pool, along with a private jacuzzi. This level also includes a small fridge, kettle, and espresso coffee machine.
On the first floor at pool level, the villa offers an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen that flows into a spacious living room and indoor dining area. A veranda with beautiful sea views extends from this level, which also includes a bathroom as well as a laundry and staff room.
The lower ground level houses a playroom and living area with a smart LED television and PlayStation 3. This level also features two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private veranda offering sea views.
In addition to the main villa, there are three separate guest houses. The first guest house includes a sea-view master suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a veranda with stunning sea views, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The second guest house offers a sea-view master suite with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a veranda overlooking the pool and sea, and amenities including a small fridge, kettle, and espresso coffee machine. The third guest house features a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a sea-view veranda, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The outdoor areas are fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, featuring a swimming pool with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, pool towels, and shaded pergola-covered spaces. Two large outdoor dining tables accommodate 12 to 14 guests, one located on a wind-protected veranda and the other by the pool area, complemented by several additional seating and relaxation areas. A barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a WC, and an adjustable basketball hoop at ground level further enhance the outdoor living experience.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
