A traditional wooden white staircase leads to the first floor where the air-conditioned bedroom is located with a double bed and it’ s own spacious bathroom equipped with hydro-massage. The view from the balcony of the bedroom with paneled traditional banister is unobstructed to the Aegean Sea, the castle, the town and the Livadi beach.
The same magnificent view has the private courtyard of the villa which is located in front of the entrance and it is covered with a white pergola. Around the house there are small courtyards with seating mason “bench” (sofas) where guests can spend hours of relaxation and tranquility enjoying food and coffee or reading a book.
The “Fish” house has its own parking space at a level below the ground floor and is very close to Livadi Beach. It also has its own safe and luggage compartment for better service to tenants.
