The villa is across 3 levels and consists of a main building, 1 windmill and 2 guest houses, that can host up to 16 guests over 7 bedrooms.
The windmill, a traditional Cycladic architectural feature, is one of the last functional windmills given permission to be built in the Aegean. The design was based on the blueprint of the iconic windmill in the port of Paros and with the adjustments of the owners was transformed into a fully operating house with an attached kitchen.
In 2008, their chapel "Panagia Styliani" was built. A very small chapel with white walls and blue windows, crowded with bougainvillea, surrounded by the endless blue of the Aegean.
Villa Marianna is situated at approximately 8km from the port and town of Antiparos. It is surrounded by the sea, whether it is a beautiful sandy beach or a private, rocky waterfront it is only 100m away!
Antiparos is 30 minutes by small ferry from Paroikia or eight minutes by car ferry from Pounta (between the town and airport) which runs every half hour from dawn to after midnight.
