Scenic drives and dramatic cliffs make the perfect experience of a Greek Holiday. Agios Nikolaos is a small settlement with a small cove on the north-eastern side of Zakynthos. It’s situated 30km away from Zakynthos Town and 35km away from Dionisios Solomos – International Airport.
The fine pebbles beach and the clear, deep sea are ideal for swimming and relaxing. Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xygia (sulphur) springs are also are famous for their unspoilt beauty and crystal clear emerald waters. Makris Gialos beach has a pebble beach and its crystal waters are ideal for snorkelers who love to explore the sea caves. Xigia beach is known for its therapeutic Sulphur Springs and mineral waters which flow up from the seabed. These natural spring waters are particularly rich in collagen and make the water highly therapeutic and extremely relaxing.There are many taverns around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek delicacies
The small port is always full of fishing boats, yachts and excursion boats that will get you to Blue Caves and Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach. The magnificent Blue Caves are one of the islands natural attractions and some of the most beautiful in Greece. They are located on the coast just below our Villas and the lighthouse at Cape Skinari. The Blue Caves are famous for the reflection and diffusion of sunlight within the caves; turning the water into an impressive azure translucent blue. The most famous beach in Zante, and in fact in most of the Mediterranean, is the Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach.Shipwreck Bay, also known as ‘Navagio’ can only be reached by taking a boat trip, or seen from the top from the viewing platform above the cliff.
Approaching the beach from the sea provides a breathtaking spectacle – the huge cliffs surrounding the bay, bright white pebble sand, blue turquoise waters, and the stranded ship.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
