Selini is situated on the east coast of the island, nestled on the top of a hill next to a wild canyon, overlooking the blue sea and eleven other islands: Andros, Tinos, Giaros, Siros, Mykonos, Serifos, Siphnοs, Kithnos, even Paros and Naxos and Evia in the far left.
Its architecture was based on the positive energy aesthetics of Feng Shui which insure hospitality to the guest along with sensations of peace, pleasure and a union with nature.
The view from the terraces is staggering. The eye relaxes in the never ending blue horizon, that liberates both the mind and the soul. Thanks to the constant boat crossing in the sea roads stretching ahead, the visitor enjoys an ongoing seascape. Images from the ancient galleys deluge the imagination, since the same route was followed by those who conquered Troy. Just like the vivid, endless starry sky, especially on full moon nights, which nostalgically incarnate the poetic inspirations of Sappho.
Two of Kea’s best beaches, Sikamia and Kalidonihi, with their crystalline waters and Cycladic stone lapped by the sea, are very easily accessible.
Selini hosts up to 25 guests and is recommended for those who desire a nature-accented, spiritual and/or romantic getaway in a homey private setting away from city noise and rat race. It is also an ideal gathering place for families and groups of friends who want to celebrate an important event or just relax in an atmosphere of absolute privacy.
Alf can be rented separately (except for July and August), since it is composed of 5 self contained units that constitute 5 independent residences: Selini, Earth, Sky, Pomegranates and Rocks.
At Villa Selini, you will experience a sensational interaction with the nature of Kea, an island of wild, untamed beauty, steeped in Greek mythology, that is both so far and so near. Kea is only one hour by ferry from the port of Lavrion just a short drive south from Athen’s Eleftherios Venizelos Airport.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
