Villa Lionia consists of four levels. The main entrance is located on the upper ground floor, where guests walk into a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower ground floor accommodates one double bedroom with ensuite bath, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. On the upper floor one can find the third bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
The semi-basement offers a recreational area equipped with a smart tv and a billiard table. Additionally, washing and ironing facilities are also located in this space.
Alfresco living at Lionia is all about the private pool area and its spacious outdoor grounds with lush green grass. The setting couldn’t more peaceful and relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining setting. The outdoor area also consists of a fully equipped BBQ where we will be able to organize our Private Chef to come out for you in the evening to cook up a Greek feast.
