Villa Spina, is a stone built villa built on a mountain in one of the most sought out areas of Naxos Island. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea and breathtaking sunsets are described as extrodinary and considered the perfect peaceful vacation rental retreat. Villa Spilia is built with privacy in consideration. The villa is a single floor design with access to garden beds and pool from each section of the property.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with an outdoor private shower attached, built with stone. It is a perfectly designed shower overlooking the blue sky.
The second bedroom has a double bed. A bathroom and shower is also situated across from the bedroom.
Open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dining table and sitting area to enjoy. There is a laundry equipped with a washing machine and freezer bar fridge. The villa has air conditioners throughout.
Leading to the outdoor area you will find succulent garden beds, outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool and sea. A sofa is also a relaxing outdoor feature to enjoy.
Stelida is approximately a 5 km drive from Chora Naxos. Close driving distance to Agia Anna and Agios Prokopis beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Walking distance to Stelida beach and wind surfing club. We advise car or bike rental in order to explore the island.
