Paradise!!!!

We had an amazing 11 days staying at Villa Aria. We had anywhere between 6-12 people staying with us on any given day and the proparty offers so many things to do ( beach, pool, tennis, reading areas,games,) that we never felt crowded but always had places to comfortably hang out. Alex and his property management team have all sorts of wonderful ideas and suggestions for what to do in tehe area but honestly , we often felt more like ''staying home'' given the beautiful surroundings.The beach is soft, sandy and shallow, one of the large decks with seating offers a beautiful view of the sunset (and is where we would often have cocktails before dinner ). Angela, the chef, is incredible. There are wonderful antiquities to visit in the area, as well as boat trips to Hydra and Spetses. Truly a magical experience, hope we can figure out a reason to come back soon.

Villa Orizond

We called this villa a movie star mansion, as it is breathtakingly beautiful.

It is perched on a hill in Kostos, overlooking Paros. Standing outside, the magnificent views sweep over the massive infinity pool, across the island, and out to the sea in the direction of Naxos. This brand new, expansive villa has every conceivable mod con and luxurious fittings throughout. The seperate private apartment with stunning views of the valley and sea, is a great addition. The outside entertaining area is vast, with a large state-of-the-art BBQ, kitchenette, fridge, long dining table, a bar with stools, sun lounges, a love seat and gardens with stunning plants and organic vegetables which we consumed with relish. Albert was most attentive and went above and beyond the norm to accomodate all our requests. His response was instant. Our stay was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our amazing trip to Greece. My dearest wish is to one day return to this slice of paradise!

Notre séjour a été formidable et très relaxant

Takis est un hôte formidable ; il nous a aidé dans la préparation de notre voyage et, avec son épouse Mika, il nous a réservé dès notre arrivée au port un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, avec de très délicates attentions ; il nous a donné de précieuses informations sur l'ile de Serifos et a été attentionné et discret tout au long de notre séjour - la maison était très belle, calme, bien équipée, parfaitement préparée, tout à fait conforme à la description sur le site - la terrasse et la vue sur la baie et la mer (la plage est très proche à pied), plus impressionnantes encore que sur les photos, sont vraiment le point fort de cette maison - intéressant à noter : possibilité de plats à emporter dans l'excellente taverne située sur la baie de Ganema, à quelques minutes de la maison

Really a dream house

Stylish and fully equipped. And what a view! You could spend your whole holiday just on the terrace. Have travelled extensively in Mediterranean and this is one of the most beautiful locations I ever visited. Expect an isolated, quiet location but still only a 12-minute drive from Livadi where shops and bakeries can be found. Some tolerance for various sorts of insects required but that comes with the natural unspoilt surroundings. Good beach with natural shade from trees, was certainly not overcrowded in July. Good tips and pointers from friendly and helpful host Takis. I recommend this for everyone looking for peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings.

Très belle maison

La localisation, près de la plage, des restaurants, des commerces, de l’arrêt de bus qui va vers Chora, des loueurs de voiture, d’un parking. La villa est aussi très jolie et agréable La piscine est top Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait convenable et très copieux et on vous sert en fait ce que vous souhaitez. Entretien quotidien au top Accueil très sympathique et serviable La climatisation très efficace
