The impressive sea floating deck gives access to the famous beaches of Nammos and Scorpios in a few minutes (1.5 sea-miles). It is just 5 km from Mykonos town and a few Km drive to whatever you dream (5km from Nammos, 7km Scorpios & 10km Principote). You can swim in the turquoise water of the nearest sandy beach that is 400 meters away on foot.

Inspired by Cycladic architecture, this unique house has been crafted using locally sourced materials. It is ideal for living in luxurious comfort in 700 m2 interiors and 500 m2 Outdoor living area within a 4000m2 plot.

The unique newly built House offers unlimited possibilities for relaxation within the 700m2 indoor area. It combines in a beautiful way Mykonian tradition with contemporary elements. You will stay in 7 spacious suites with King size beds, all of them with ensuite bathrooms. All suites include high tech Samsung smart TVs to connect with Netflix, Apple TV etc, while independent music System is available in every suite to relax with your favorite music. High Speed internet is always available. Both Main House and the independent subterranean house have separate Large Interior Living and Dinning room, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Gym with WC is also available.

The outdoor living area is impressive and within 500m2 offers unlimited possibilities for relaxation around its two separate swimming pools.
Main House with 100m2 pool you can find spacious outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with build in barbecue, jacuzzi, firepit, and wonderful relaxation corners like the Firepit lounge and private jacuzzi lounge with stunning views. With the High-fidelity Sonos sound system, you can easily select from your phone, in each area, the music that will uplift your mood.
In the independent subterranean house, a 2nd separate 60m2 infinity pool is also available. The pool is also surrounded by an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, and wonderful relaxation corners. All within a 4000m2 plot just a few meters from the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

The Main House has 3 levels with an elevator :
The Upper Floor consists of a Master Suite with ensuite bathroom, Airplay music system & Sea View Veranda, a Jacuzzi with private lounge area.
The Pool Floor consists of 100m2 infinity pool, a firepit lounge , an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and dining area, an indoor dining area and fully equipped indoor kitchen. 2 suites and with ensuite bathroom & independent music system and Guest WC.
The Ground floor consists of 1 Independent Guest House with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet & build in couch, 1 suite with ensuite bathroom, a gym with WC and a protected private car Parking.

The Independent Private House consists of 2 Suites with ensuite bathroom,a 60m2 Private pool, an indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and dining area, a Guest WC and a private car Parking area.
