Villa Magic

Villa Magic is a spacious 5 bedroom villa with a luxurious finish throughout. Take in the stunning sea and countryside views from the impressive roof terrace and balconies. Or, sit back in a choice of 2 living areas with panoramic picture frame windows. This detached property benefits from an enviable location just a 5 minute drive from both Tsilivi resort and the island’s capital, Zante Town. The villa also offers a fantastic swimming pool and high quality, contemporary furnishings. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating throughout the entire villa is included.

Entering the Villa from its main door on the first floor, the visitor will understand at once the sublime character of Villa Magic, as there is a vast living room with a relaxing view of the surrounding areas, complete with a dining table, a fireplace, a grand piano and a bar. Walking past the bar, there is a kitchen on the left, fully equipped and furnished with a lovely combination of marble and wood. There is also a small dining table and an exit door. On the same floor, one will find an office and a WC.

A few stairs lead to the basement, where the visitor will find the playroom, which features air hockey, pool, table football, darts and a private home theater – which has a 100” screen and 6 cinema seats. In the same space, there is gym equipment for those who desire vacation but do not wish to lose their fitness; there is an elliptical trainer, a treadmill, an exercise bike and an ab machine. There is also a bathroom with a sauna and a full body shower.

In the outdoor area, the guests will find the spectacular swimming pool, complete with sunbeds, parasols, towels and an outdoor shower, which offers the option of hot water. There are two BBQs of unique style, one that uses coal and the other that operates with natural gas.

At the second floor, the visitor will find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a TV, as well as a private veranda. The rest of the floor features two en-suite bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds and a WC. Of course, one must not forget to mention the living room, which comes with a stunning view of the surroundings, a large circular sofa, a fireplace, a chess table and a table with chips and roulette.

The third floor, with its characteristic wooden pitched roof, features two bedrooms with king sized beds, a bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi, and a terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxation in the Greek sun.

Your transportation to and from the airport may be made with a luxury limuzine (or, in case of more guests, with a luxury minibus) at extra charge and a chauffeur or a private chef with extra charge will be available for breakfast and supper; 

Villa Magic is located in a quiet area in Akrotiri, atop a hill, with a spectacular view of the neighboring Kefallinia Island and Peloponnese, as well as of the endless blue of the Ionian Sea; it is just a short drive away from Zante Town, the island’s picturesque capital. Due to its position, the Villa is close to many beaches of unique beauty and character; the nearest beach is just 500m away, about 10 minutes walking distance. If the guests prefer a more organized beach, favored by tourists, they should head to the popular beach resort of Tsilivi, a mere 2.5 km away.

Furthermore, all shops and restaurants that the guests will need are either in Tsilivi (1.5 km) or in Zante Town (1 km away). Zante Town itself features a multitude of sights, such as St. Markos square or Solomos square, picturesque neighborhoods, and the Zakynthos port, from which you can embark on a cruise to spot loggerhead turtles in their natural environment.

The villa is located 1 km away from the city of Zakynthos, 500 m from the nearest beach and about 6 km from the airport. The luxury villa is close to the Venetian castle and the building where the Greek national poet, Dionysios Solomos, penned the poem that later became the lyrics of the Greek National Anthem.
