Lake Vouliagmeni or Heraion in Perachora, is considered a “Landscape of Great Natural Beauty” surrounded by rich pine forest. The lake is about 550 m wide and 1.825 m long and its biggest depth is 48 meters. It is surrounded by picturesque taverns, a beach bar and a kiosk. In the same region Proto-Hellenic settlements were discovered which indicate that the area was already inhabited 3000 BC. The mountain, covered with pine trees, which literally dives into the water, is the natural ending of the Gerania mountain range. This wooded mountain landscape of the greater region is often visited by various nature lovers, motorcyclists, etc.
The enchanting charm of the lake combined with the simplicity of the landscape and the finesse of the residence add to Villa Armonia-2 the comforts of a vacation house with complete peace and a level of exclusiveness, that is able to satisfy even the most demanding visitors.
The villa, covers a total area of 160 m2 and is laid out on three levels; it is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The ground floor, of 46 m2, allows direct access to the swimming pool. It includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom.
The 1stfloor, of 67 m2, consists of one big space; a kitchen –dining room and a comfortable living-room with a fireplace and a WC. The spacious balcony of this floor also allows access to the garden and swimming pool.
The 2ndfloor of 47 m2, includes two bedrooms with spacious closets and a large bathroom with shower. This floor also provides balconies with a lovely view and an external atrium of 20 m2.
The interior of the villa is designed with a refined sense of aesthetics, and combines modern amenities of a vacation residence with the simplicity of a quiet refuge. This makes Villa Amonie an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
Outdoors the area surrounding the villa covers 2000 m2 and includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbeque and a beautifully maintained garden. Om uw verblijf te boeken, betaalt u eenvoudig een aanbetaling van 35% van het totaalbedrag. Houd er rekening mee dat uw reservering pas wordt bevestigd na een vertraging van 24 uur, de tijd die nodig is om de toestemming van de eigenaar te verkrijgen en ervoor te zorgen dat de villa beschikbaar is voor uw data. Zodra deze bevestiging is verkregen, stuurt ons My Greek Villa-team u een e-mail met alle details van de huur en duidelijke instructies om de laatste betaling te doen. - Boekings- en betalingsbeleid
Boeking: Om uw reservering te garanderen, is een aanbetaling van 35% van de totale kosten van uw verblijf vereist. Als de reservering minder dan 60 dagen voor uw aankomstdatum wordt gemaakt, moet het volledige bedrag worden betaald om de reservering te bevestigen. De reservering wordt pas bevestigd na een periode van 24 uur, waarin we de goedkeuring van de eigenaar zullen vragen om ervoor te zorgen dat de villa beschikbaar is. - Restantbetaling: Het resterende saldo voor uw reservatie moet uiterlijk 60 dagen voor aanvang van uw verblijf worden betaald. U ontvangt 3 dagen voor de restbetaling een herinnering met een nieuwe betaallink.
- Definitieve bevestiging: Nadat wij uw volledige betaling hebben ontvangen, ontvangt u een bevestigingsdocument. U ontvangt ook een e-mail met gedetailleerde instructies over hoe u de villa kunt bereiken, uw verwachte aankomstdatum en -tijd, de persoon die u zal begroeten en, indien van toepassing, alle nodige informatie over transferregelingen.
- Waarborg: Een waarborg wordt gevraagd voor uw aankomst. Er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht tijdens het boekingsproces. Als de verhuurder de waarborg moet claimen, moet hij bewijs leveren van eventuele schade en wordt u hiervan op de hoogte gebracht. De aanbetaling wordt nooit gedaan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
