Wonderful
This was the most amazing place! The house is amazing, clean, and beautiful. The pool is incredible! We stayed here with our family of 12 and had plenty of room. Many days we debated if we should even leave the house. When we arrived we were greeted by the home owners who made us feel welcomed and like we had known them for years. They have a garden behind the pool that is enchanting and perfect and full of everything. When we had questions they immediately got us in touch with people for outings or food. I would literally only stay at this place if I was in Crete. The only drawback is (and everyone will tell you this) Crete is a big island and you need a car. We were happy to stay around Chania but if you are going further or staying for a long time get a car. Although the family was wonderful about getting us in touch with a taxi service,

Amazing villa next to the sea with You own sunbeads, umbrella and Kayak. Very clean and well equipped. The garden and area outside is wonderful with several different places to sit in, barbeque and nice pool.

Fantastic stay in June 19
We rented villa Berenice for 10 days in June. We are a family with 4 teenagers. The villa was just as beautiful as in the pictures and everything worked perfectly! We enjoyed the area being quiet at night, but not far away from shops and services and great beaches. The representatives of the owner were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice villa with excellent location. Very close to several beaches (some even walking distance) and also only a few minutes by car from Faliraki with shops and restaurants. The villa is in a nice quiet area but still with easy access to the main road to go around the island. The garden and surrounding area is beautiful and relaxing with good privacy. The villa was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. The pool is good size and deep enough. The staff is very helpful and even helped me with a lost bag by contacting the airport service center. Only complain was the jacuzzi which we could not use. First we were told it does not work but that was fixed. It seems like it has some kind of chemicals that did not feel good on the skin and even got one person a rash. Would have been a nice addition as the evening/nights in beginning of June were not that hot. However I would strongly recommend this villa and also hoping to return here.

Otherwise excellent service but difficulties to get the cleaning arranged and ended up not taking it because of the schedule and short notice.
