Calm and sheltered sea bathing is a few minutes walk down a path, to where flat rocks and a tiny little pebble beach allow easy access to the water.
A broader, sandy beach is an 8 minute walk down the lane.
Crossing to Spetses for dinner or the nightlife takes 10 minutes by water taxi, (which can dock on the waterfront below the house,) while the historic port of Nafplio and many of the ancient sites of the Peloponnese can be reached by car within 1 to 2 hours.
Two Houses and 7 different rooms with separate entrances, large open spaces with ceiling fans and balconies with sea views, are some of the villa’s features.
Entering the house there is a large open space with ceiling fans across the room, which included a living area with TV, a secondary sitting area, a small kitchen, and an indoor dining table for 12 guests, opening to a terrace with a sea view to Spetses.
Master bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, a small office and opens to the same terrace as the living room, with fair privacy and a small dining table under a pergola.
Upper Twin Room (can be made as double) located just before the office of the master, has its own terrace facing at the back of the property, this room has a bathroom with shower but without direct access from the room, itself.
A few steps down there is a other Lower Twin Room (can be made as a double), en-suite bathroom with shower and opens to an outdoor sitting area, and the garden located under the living room terrace.
Still at the main house lower area but with a separate entrance is a Studio / Apartment with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, a living space with a couch that a child or young adult can sleep in, dining table, plenty of closets and a small kitchen.
Moving to the other side of the property, past the pool and a few stairs down is the guesthouse, which has three rooms all with their own separate entrances and no interconnection between them.
Two rooms are location on the ground level and share a balcony with a sea view and an outdoor sitting area. The Guest room 1 has twin beds (can be made as double), en-suite bathroom with shower, a small couch, and a dinning table. Guest room 2 of the guest house has a double high ceiling with a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the lower area, and a second single bed on the top part with a small sitting space. The setup can be changed according to the client’s needs so the two singles can be placed at the top level and the sitting area can be moved down.
Guest room 3 is located at the lower ground of the guest house, and even though it lacks a sea view it opens up to a patio and the wonderful garden. The room it self is a twin (can be made as double), with a cough where a child or young adult can sleep, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Under a roof pergola with fans making it breezy even during the hottest days of the summer, is a wonderful seating area with a six meter long L shaped built-in sofa, a big coffee table, a dining table for 14 guests, a bar, a professional kitchen, and next to it a secondary shaded dining area with a round table that can seat six guests – ideal for breakfast or for children to eat separately from the parents.
A magical view of Spetses spreads out across the water, and sunset views can be enjoyed to the side. Just in front of the large pergola is the saline-cleansed pool, which has wide steps going in making it very easy to access for children and older people. After swimming guests can use the outdoor shower located a few steps down from the pool. Past the shower begins the garden with paths and various plants and trees.
