We spent a beautiful stay in Villa Pearla , beautifully located in Elounda with a wonderful sea view ,well equipped , nice welcome basket .Providing everything you may wish .Newly furnished and very warm welcome of the owners .Yannis and his wife are excellent host .I recommend warmly this ville to rent .Quiet place ,nice swimming pool well looked after,cleaning regularly .Nothing to copmplain.Just to wish to come again

Perfect Villa near the beach

We were 2 couples from NY and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The home was very clean and decorated in a minimalist style. The owners were accommodating and easy to reach with any questions or requests. The housekeeper even did a complimentary load of laundry for us. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, car rental and market. We highly recommend Villa Ipos for your stay.

The owners provide a book with all the local contacts needed. We were also provided complimentary coffee, sugar, starter toiletries and beach towels.

Great Spot and perfect stay

We had a very nice stay at the villa! We were a group of six - four adults and two older children - and the house was perfect for us. The villa is located in a great spot, in a quiet southern part of the island and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very kind and accommodating, and there was no problem adjusting our check-in and check-out times to suit our travel plans. We definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic location

We spent several vacations in this beautiful villa over the last few years. The location is amazing, with direct access to a small pebble beach, and almost no other house in sight. Whilst Paros can be crowded in high summer, you never feel the hustle when at the house, and you will bathe in the sea alone most of the time. The house itself is beautiful, and has probably the best view there is for sunset lovers. The fact there are three large terraces means you can switch spot during the day, as hours pass, to follow the shade. But it's fair to say that sipping a drink on the main terrace overlooking the sea when the sun is setting are moments that feel suspended in time. The fact there is a large garage/basement, with a shower, is also a big plus to house sea equipments such as my windsurfs, or paddles. In short, this is an amazing villa to spend one's holidays with kids or with friends.

Outstanding Villa, direct sea access

Beautiful house with direct access to the sea. We have spent outstanding vacations in this house with our family. We were able to go windsurfing and wing foiling directly from the house! I strongly recommend this villa for all sea lovers, what a pleasure to go swimming whenever you want.
