The complex is located in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive and fig trees and vegetable garden. Built outside the settlement, it allows the visitors to listen to the sound of the waves and the wind; to let their mind wander as they stare out to sea; and gaze at the starry night sky. At the same time, you are only a short distance from some of the most popular beaches on the Paros island, such as ‘Chrysi Akti’ and ‘Pounta’, as well as charming traditional villages, such as Dryos and Marpissa.
All residences are built in the traditional style and have unobstructed view of the sea from their spacious verandas and their interiors. They are fully equipped, self-sufficient, can house from 5 to 7 guests each or 19 guests in total. The estate is exceptionally child friendly, perfect for families and also for groups who wish to combine company with independence.

The 136m2 Villa Elianthe is a fully furnished and equipped single-storey residence, capable of housing 7. It has an open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room, one master bedroom, two double rooms and two bathrooms.
The sea view open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room has a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. The sea view master bedroom is at the back of the residence, and is furnished with one double and one sofa bed. There is a spacious bathroom adjacent to it, which can be used to serve just the master bedroom.
One of the double bedrooms is furnished with two single beds,. The second double bedroom is on an open mezzanine, with short screen so as not to be seen from the living room. and is furnished with twin joinable beds. The second bathroom is off the living room.
Very close by is the wonderfully green village of Dryos, with its ancient anchorage. In addition to the seaside taverns serving local delicacies and the night bars, there is a supermarket and a petrol station. If you have a sense of adventure, you can walk to the port at Dryos from the Villas, following the 1.5km coastal path.
Not far from Dryos are the well-known beaches of ‘Chrysi Akti’ and ‘Pounta’ beach, as well as the picturesque villages of ‘Piso Livadi’ and ‘Marpissa’

Réservation: Pour garantir votre réservation, un acompte correspondant à 35 % du coût total de votre séjour est requis. Si la réservation est effectuée moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée, le montant total doit être payé pour confirmer la réservation. La réservation ne sera confirmée qu'après un délai de 24 heures, nécessaire pour obtenir l'accord du propriétaire et vérifier la disponibilité de la villa. - Paiement du solde : Le solde restant pour votre location doit être payé au plus tard 60 jours avant le début de votre séjour. Vous recevrez un rappel 3 jours avant la date d'échéance du paiement final, accompagné d'un nouveau lien de paiement.
- Confirmation finale : Une fois votre paiement intégral reçu, un document de confirmation vous sera envoyé. Vous recevrez également un email avec des instructions détaillées sur la façon de rejoindre la villa, votre date et heure d'arrivée prévues, la personne qui vous accueillera, ainsi que toute information nécessaire concernant les arrangements de transfert, le cas échéant.
- Dépôt de garantie: Un dépôt de garantie sera demandé avant votre arrivée. Aucun dépôt n'est prélevé lors du processus de réservation. Si l'hôte doit réclamer le dépôt, il doit fournir des preuves de tout dommage, et vous serez informé en conséquence. Le dépôt n'est jamais prélevé sans notification préalable.
