The exclusive villa Kirato’s Reside is 280m² on a plot of 2 acres, offers accommodation for up to 16 guests (and there are also baby cots available on request) in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on three floors with 1 kitchen and living TV room and 1 luxury and spacious open plan room with kitchen and dining room with high quality furnishing and amenities.
The interior of Kitaro Residence Villa offers a 3 floors Villa who is equipped with 1 beautiful, modern kitchen and 1 living room with large sofas, large TV for business meetings on the first floor, three double Bedrooms with 1 Bathroom on the second floor,(with extra baby cots if needed) and on the downstairs floor there are 1 double Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom, two double Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom with Washing machine and dryer. Next of the downstairs Bedrooms there is an open area luxury and modern Studio with full equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, living room and 2 double Beds. There are 2 TVs and relaxing furniture where our guests can enjoy the light of the Greek sun and the view of the blue pool.
Our Villa is located on the side of mountain named Tsakali one of the highest mountains of Nafplio, overseeing the Argolic Gulf and all traditional villages of Nafplio (Asini, Drepano, Vivari, Kandia, Iria). Built with all modern comforts our Nafplio Villa offers high quality standards accommodation, sunbathing by the pool, relaxing atmosphere and retreats areas for yoga and any sport activities.
In the gardens there are outdoor furniture to enjoy the breathtaking views, while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner from guests cooking or from our private chefs cooking menus.

Guests will be leaded into the villa from a Host who will offer a welcome basket, the security entrance card and a contact number in case they need any information about concierge services, private chef, activities of the area or any problem need to be solved from our 24hours information office.Once a week there is a gardener and a poolman who visit the villa for cleaning service and the appointments are always flexible to suit our guests.

Une fois cette confirmation obtenue, notre équipe My Greek Villa vous enverra un email avec tous les détails de la location et des instructions claires pour effectuer le paiement final. - Conditions de réservation et de paiement
Réservation: Pour garantir votre réservation, un acompte correspondant à 35 % du coût total de votre séjour est requis. Si la réservation est effectuée moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée, le montant total doit être payé pour confirmer la réservation. La réservation ne sera confirmée qu'après un délai de 24 heures, nécessaire pour obtenir l'accord du propriétaire et vérifier la disponibilité de la villa. - Paiement du solde : Le solde restant pour votre location doit être payé au plus tard 60 jours avant le début de votre séjour. Vous recevrez un rappel 3 jours avant la date d'échéance du paiement final, accompagné d'un nouveau lien de paiement.
- Confirmation finale : Une fois votre paiement intégral reçu, un document de confirmation vous sera envoyé. Vous recevrez également un email avec des instructions détaillées sur la façon de rejoindre la villa, votre date et heure d'arrivée prévues, la personne qui vous accueillera, ainsi que toute information nécessaire concernant les arrangements de transfert, le cas échéant.
- Dépôt de garantie: Un dépôt de garantie sera demandé avant votre arrivée. Aucun dépôt n'est prélevé lors du processus de réservation. Si l'hôte doit réclamer le dépôt, il doit fournir des preuves de tout dommage, et vous serez informé en conséquence. Le dépôt n'est jamais prélevé sans notification préalable.
