The villa is endowed with several balconies with the main one overlooking the heated swimming pool. Around the 28 sqm swimming pool there is a sunbathing wooden deck and a lawn playground. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room area, a kitchen and a WC.
Apart the six satellite TV’s in all rooms of the villa, there is a big 50 inch TV on the living room equipped with PS4 with two controllers, Netflix and Spotify subscription, surround home cinema speakers,. There is also a windows mini pc connected to the screen and a powerful bluetooth speaker.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds that can easily convert to doubles. Every bedroom has its own balcony.
The top floor of the villa on the north side has superb views of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island , from the south side you can enjoy the scenery of the ‘Lefka Ori’ mountains. There is one bedroom with two single beds, one shower room, one WC and a sitting room area which can also accommodate two people with its double sofa bed.
In the basement of the villa there is a well equipped gym room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a two - space indoor car park.
Merope Villa is located at Galatas village. Galatas village is one of the oldest villages in Greece. It was built in 961 A.D. by five well known families of the Byzantine empire. Due to its strategic position it was a battle spot for years to come. Here you will find the museum of the Battle of Crete and the house/museum of Mikis Theodorakis one of Greece’s greatest music composers.
Galatas has a great advantageous position as it is close to the city centre and the Venetian harbour as well, and also near to the area’s most popular sandy beaches. The closest sandy beach (Kalamaki) is in a walking distance of 1 km from the villa.
A number of convenient shops and services (mini market, pharmacy, tavernas, bus station) are available in the neighborhood at a walking distance of less than 5 min. The location is also fantastic if you want to explore the island, as it is within a few minutes drive from the national road which leads you to the famous beaches of Elafonisi, Balos and Falassarna as well as the Samaria Gorge.

Réservation: Pour garantir votre réservation, un acompte correspondant à 35 % du coût total de votre séjour est requis. Si la réservation est effectuée moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée, le montant total doit être payé pour confirmer la réservation. La réservation ne sera confirmée qu'après un délai de 24 heures, nécessaire pour obtenir l'accord du propriétaire et vérifier la disponibilité de la villa. - Paiement du solde : Le solde restant pour votre location doit être payé au plus tard 60 jours avant le début de votre séjour. Vous recevrez un rappel 3 jours avant la date d'échéance du paiement final, accompagné d'un nouveau lien de paiement.
- Confirmation finale : Une fois votre paiement intégral reçu, un document de confirmation vous sera envoyé. Vous recevrez également un email avec des instructions détaillées sur la façon de rejoindre la villa, votre date et heure d'arrivée prévues, la personne qui vous accueillera, ainsi que toute information nécessaire concernant les arrangements de transfert, le cas échéant.
- Dépôt de garantie: Un dépôt de garantie sera demandé avant votre arrivée. Aucun dépôt n'est prélevé lors du processus de réservation.
