Laki Villa can accommodate up to 6 people as there are three bedrooms, a double and three single beds respectively, while the comfortable sofa can accommodate 1 additional person.  The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The villa has a large patio with private pool and terrace where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or your evening cocktail. The great option for families and groups of friends.

Ground floor: 
- A comfortable living room with satellite TV and a large sofa that can be converted to a single bed, in order to accommodate 1 more guest. 
- A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table in order to enjoy your meals.

First floor:
3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, a shared safebox and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- In the main bedroom, there is a double bed, A/C, satellite TV and a private balcony with mountain view.
- In the second bedroom are two single beds, A/C, satellite TV and a balcony with mountain view.
- In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed, satellite TV and a balcony.

Our guests have access in all the areas of the two-floor villa, the private pool with the comfortable sun loungers in the garden and the BBQ.

Laki Villa is located in the village Skines, Chania in Crete. They are just 15km away from the famous city of Chania and next to Samaria Gorge and Botanical Gardens of Crete. Only 14 km from the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi and around 50 km from the famous Falasarna Beach one of the 10 best beaches in Europe. Falasarna spans a large area and consists actually of five consecutive beaches with whitish sand, making the water color tropical. 51 km away from the lagoon of Balos which is famous for its turquoise waters, the wild natural beauty and the beautiful exotic scenery. The sea is very shallow and warm, ideal for young children. The Old City of Chania is 17 km away where you can visit the old town with the scenic streets and enjoy the view of Venetian Old Harbour with the unique lighthouse. You can find anything you need as the nearest supermarket and restaurant are just 1km away from the villa.
