Peaceful Home, Beautiful Views

We had a lovely week here at Kostas’ home. It is a spacious house in a fairly remote location, yet close to Lixouri for shops/restaurants and beautiful beaches close by. The house has lovely views (and wonderful, particularly at sunrise) across the bay towards Argostoli. Kostas is a truly wonderful host. He quickly made contact after booking and was always there to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. The house was very easy to find using Kostas map/sat nav. The house is located close to a supermarket (few mins drive away) and the town of Lixouri with tavernas, shops etc. The house is well equipped (in particular the kitchen) and clean, comfortable and simply furnished. It was cleaned every other day. The fridge was very well stocked for our arrival - thank you! The children enjoyed playing in the pool and looking after the cat and her kittens. Note, they do not come in the house. We would definitely recommend.

A gem of a place

After a freak storm caused damage to the place we were planning to stay, we were diverted to this Villa and were extremely satisfied with it, later wishing that this had been our original booking, once we were relocated to our original booking. The Villa is a great size, 3 decent sized bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), large living/dining and kitchen along with fantastic outdoor space with an amazing view. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you could want if you plan to cook during the stay. The host was extreemly helpful and accommodating. I won’t not hesitate recommending this Villa to anyone planning to visit Kephelonia.

Thank you so much for helping us having a most wonderful holiday here in Crete.The house –the Palace- has been brilliant to stay in and thanks especially the owner for helping with so many little extras which made things even more amazing.We hope to come back to this lovely area and would highly recommend the beach and taverna down the road, in addition to Limnoupoli if you have kids!Thanks!!
