Villa CapriAmazing Holiday, Amazing Villa, Amazing Evan!
Went for a weeks family holiday in June. This Villa is so beautiful, the sea views are breathtaking and all the rooms and private pool area are just perfect, it has everything you could ever need for self catering and they provide plenty of fresh bottled water in the fridge every morning. Breakfast is included - served down on the terrace which is shared between the 3 Villas, we didnt even realise this until we checked in, it's delicious with lots of choice( try Evans mama's homemade jam!) we left full for the beach full every morning! Evan (the owners son) runs the place and does such an incredible job, he is there every morning at breakfast making sure you have everythung you need. He is so generous and kind, and our family's 2 year old kid loved him! He booked all of our restaurants for us during our stay. But the BEST thing about this villa is the mini bus taxi service- driven by Evan himself, it's available to guests any time of day until midnight, it was SO nice to have our own driver to drive us about. Ive never even heard of a villa having this service, it's brilliant! Overall BEST VILLA I'VE EVER STAYED IN! Real luxury. All the Family would definitely go back again. It was also me and my boyfriend's first time in Skiathos and we loved it!

Villa CapriAbsolutely stunning
Where can i start with this. We had a week here in this villa and could not fault one little thing with it. Perfection. Amazing views. Immaculately clean. Everything about these villas is incredible. Evan who runs the villas is a god send nothing is to much trouble for him he goes out of his way to ensure we had the best holiday possible. I cant recommend these villas enough absolutely beautiful we will definitely be returning.

We rented one of the house for our group of 8 in August. Accommodation was great, in particular the mattresses. Great seaview from the bedroom, in a calm area. We particularly appreciated the all-inclusive service: breakfast, daily house cleaning, 7 days shuttle service. A bit far from the city center but Evan offered to drive us everywhere in the island with his van, or at late night we could take a taxi for 10 euros, so it was not really an issue. We would rent again the place if we go back to Skiathos.

It was a difficult brief I had for this holiday, this was the only one that met all of the requirements. Reality was, that from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left Villa Aries, and Evan, who runs the complex, surpassed all expectations,. Breakfasts were amazing, and a great start to the day, the villa itself and the pool are beautiful. The service is second to none, Evan and the staff made us feel very welcome. I thoroughly recommend this villa .

Villa SagiriusOutstanding villa and service - book now
Less than a week since we got back from our stay and we're missing it already and planning next year. Nothing was too much trouble and owners Capt John and Evan could not be praised enough. The villa is 5 mins by car for the town and airport and the shuttle service is always on hand. It is rare to find this in a self catering villa alongside the delicious breakfast (with excellent home made preserves). We stayed 5 nights in Villa Capri which is equally as stunning and then swapped to Villa Sagirius as it has a lift and this worked better for my mother who was accessibility needs. The accommodation is well thought out and cleaned daily with pool towels and bottled water provided. We were part of a larger group staying on the island for a vow renewal and the others who booked hotels were envious of our accommodation and very impressed with service we received (special thanks to Evan for arranging at short notice a yacht charter for the day!) Accommodation wise there are two doubles and a single bed in the first floor with one bathroom. Large lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Two doubles both with en suites, a single room and separate bathroom downstairs. The pool is a good size and there are six sun loungers, a circular daybed and outside dining for 6. There's a taverna closeby however we didn't have a chance to try this out. If you are considering booking you won't be disappointed
