The villa offers a main swimming pool with fresh water, measuring 40 square meters and 1.6 meters deep, as well as a separate children’s pool of 21 square meters and 0.90 meters deep. Guests can enjoy a pergola with a dining area, a kitchen and a grill, along with two fully furnished terraces for outdoor relaxation. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with panoramic windows, while the other two are enhanced by skylight atriums. The living room is centered around an eco fireplace, and all bathrooms are elegantly finished with natural stone. There is individual parking space for two cars.
The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room that includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For added convenience, guests have access to an electronic safe, a hairdryer, and fumigators. A welcome hamper awaits on arrival, along with a set of bath essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap, as well as soft bathrobes and slippers. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every four days for stays of at least seven nights, and a full cleaning service is also provided on the same schedule. Upon request, light cleaning is available every other day, covering tasks such as kitchen cleaning, kitchen waste removal, and floor wiping in the living room. The terrace bins are emptied daily. For families traveling with children, we can provide a highchair, cot, baby bathtub and potty if requested in advance.
The common area of the complex is designed to host a variety of events and special family meals, set on a spacious terrace with picturesque views and accommodating up to fifty guests. It features a kitchen with a grill that can be used by residents, catering staff, or a personal chef.
In the small, picturesque bay nearby, guests will find a natural stone platform with steps leading directly into the sea. This serene spot is equipped with a bar, a dressing room, and a refreshing freshwater shower.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
