This private villa is divided into two floors. As you enter, you notice the architectural beauty of a traditionally furnished space and in combination with our luxurious facilities. The villa offers a relaxing and comfortable stay that will be unforgettable. On the first floor the villa features two bedrooms with double beds, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, Jacuzzi, kitchen, 1 spacious living and dining, room and fireplace. The second floor has the same traditionally decoration and features 3 bedrooms with double beds configuration, 1 master bathroom and 1 en-suite bathroom in the room, living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The Villa Solaria is suitable for up to 11 people.
Also another privilege provided by the villa Solaria is the green mountain landscape around the perimeter of the house, from which you could enjoy in combination with your breakfast on the terraces of the villa.
The outdoor area of the villa offers a swimming pool, garden, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbecue area making your stay relaxing and comfortable.

Solaria Villa is located in the central part of the island, in village of Kalipado 10 min. driving from the airport and from the port and the capital of the island of Zakynthos with the famous Solomou Square with many cozy cafes and restaurants in the Venetian style, the historical museum of the island and the old traditional church of St. Nicholas, an interesting place for an afternoon walk with your family.
The nearest beach with white sand and turquoise sea Tsilivi Βeach is 3 km, 5 min. drive from home. On the beach there are many scourge bars with sun loungers and umbrellas, cafes, restaurants and cocktail clubs for your evening walk. 2.5 km from home before reaching Tsilivi beach there is the water park “Tsilivi Water Park” for entertaining small and big children. Second Water Park “Water Village” is located 2 km. from the house towards the airport. For lovers of discos and youth clubs, the popular Laganas Beach with its many beach bars, night clubs and cocktail bars with white sand and turquoise sea is 15 minutes driving distance from home.
