Outdoors the earthy beige industrial floor and plastered walls in the color of the Vagia sand set the color palette. Huge rocks protruding from the walls blend magnificently with the barren natural setting. Our architect office has been awarded many times internationally. Here, time goes by slowly. The light changes and reveals breathtaking sunsets and unprecedented color reflections between the earth, sky, and the sea. Three two-bedrooms villas of 59-71 sqm, each with a pool (6.5x4.3m) are available for rent during summer season.

Just 8 kms off the port of Serifos, Chomie Villas are on direct view to and just 380m (4 mins walk) from the awarded beach of Vagia. Enjoy in style the sun, the pool or the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.

All villas face southwest and are protected from the prevailing meltemi summer wind. All terraces have breathtaking sea view and sunset view.

Villas 1 and 2 are adjacent and located in the upper level of the complex whereas Villa 3 is at the lower level. All villas have a slightly diferent orientation to secure visibilty privacy. A big front sea-view terrace, a bamboo shaded patio and a small back yard (villas 1&2) or a second bamboo roof (villa3), secure you ll enjoy your stay all day long.

Villa Chomie1 (61sqm) is on the top right of the complex. It has the mostly centered sea view, On its left side mountain view one can see the ruins of an old miners' house and the one and only eucalyptus tree of Vagia. Its back yard has a hammock offering relaxing and quite moments when you feel you had enough of sunlight..

Each villa sleeps comfortably 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms (each with a bathroom). The bedrooms are separately located for a more private stay. The living room and the kitchen are attached to the one bedroom. The living room sofa opens up to a split mattresses double bed for 2 extra persons if needed. All villas have a dinning table for 4 in the living room and a larger monastery table in the shaded patio. Our pools are circa 6.5x4.3m with maximum depth 1.2m ideal for cooling down. The floating poofs offer a truly chilling feel. Our plants are mainly herbs of local flora, chosen not to grow high and block the view and not to consume but just a little of water. Our lighting is warm, discreet and in key spots hidden and dimmable.

Serifos is one of the prettiest and still unspoiled islands of the Aegean full of sun and wind and many crystal blue sandy beaches, barren rocky scenery, a truly picturesque capital, a range of night life activities but all at peaceful levels of tourism since it has traditionally been a family island. 
Serifos is the first stop from Pireus just 2.15 hrs trip with the fast ferry. The island resists to evolution keeping its very lively yet secluded atmosphere.

Vagia is in the top 2 sandy beaches of Serifos. It is located on the south coast at the entrance to the bay of Koutalas. Vagia is one of the most popular beaches on the island due to its convenient location and the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Pure, wild and barren it has won several awards for its beauty and crystal clear waters.Recentley named the first controled smoking beach in an effort to minimize cigarettes' waste in the beaches. The waters are crystal clear turquise blue. You ll find colorful pebbles at the sea bottom.  Moreover the beach is included in the list of protected areas of the environmental organization Natura 2000, which monitors the conservation of natural terrain, monitors development and monitors the state of the environment. A small cantina operates from 10.00 to sunset.
