“Embraced” by gardens and open verandas which oversee Meloi beach, the port of Skala and Merikas bay, Villa Manitari covers a territory of 200sqm and consists of two floors, connected with interior wooden stairs. The ground floor includes a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting-room and WC while the upper floor has three bedrooms, sofa-bed, master bathroom and three verandas with free view to the sea.
A traditional stone built house situated on the top of a hill, overlooking the sea from three different stunning viewpoints. This residence is located at a 5 minute drive from the port and is only a few minutes walk from the nearest beach for swimming. The house is surrounded by meandering gardens, verandas with views of the sea and a private 25㎡ swimming pool. Outdoors, there is a barbecue and a ping pong table.
It includes the main residence (which can sleep up to 5 people) and two studio apartments (which can sleep up to 4 people).
The house comprises of two floors which cover 140 ㎡ .The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the ground floor along with a WC. Three fully airconditioned bedrooms with a master bathroom occupy the top floor along with three sea view verandas. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and offers private parking area and a barbecue. The villas has also 2 studios.
This villal is consisted of a 25 sqm studio with a double bed, one private bathroom and a small kitchen equipment. The external veranda is surrounded by gardens and provide one 25 sqm private swimming pool with a unique view to Meloi beach. There is also a private parking area.
The second studio is a 35 sqm studio with a stone built double bed and a spacious living room with an extra sofa bed. There is also a private bathroom and a small kitchen equipment. The external area offers one small balcony with great view to Skala Port and a parking area.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
