The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration are of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage room you will also find an iron and ironing board.
Villa Ellianda has two double bedrooms with double beds. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The villa has one bathroom with bathtub with overhead shower and one WC decorated in modern style.
In addition, there is a playroom/ store room, semi underground (three steps lower than kitchen), that can also be used as guests room, if more bedrooms are requested.
The villa has a private pool, with mosaic tiles and hydro massage jets that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday. There are also sunbeds and garden furniture.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
