Mounia is a synthesis of two separate stone houses that develop in dialogue with the natural contour, creating a composition that re-interprets the traditional tower-houses of the Lefktro area. The stone composition of Lithos is highlighted by two dynamic expressions in the form of towers: a reference points for each house. Awarded for its architecture with Architizer A+ Award for best vacation house in the world for 2019, and published in world’s best architecture by Faidon; Lithos are designed to provide a blend of high-end and meaningful simplicity which synopsizes our hospitality philosophy.
Overviewing the ragged landscape of West Mani that gradually unfolds all the way to the sea, Lithos residential complex is consciously set in order to be protected in privacy. The outdoor areas of both stone houses extend in mild levels where the infinity pools, outdoor showers, build-in lounge and shaded dining areas, create an inviting and relaxing ensemble, that along with spectacular views, is ideal for the guests’ indulgence during the day and the night.
A stone house of 3 bedrooms with a private pool and sea view; Lithos House features a comfortable living room with build-in sofas, adjoined with the dining area and the open kitchen. On the same level are placed two double bed bedrooms with wardrobe, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. All first level spaces are designed to enjoy access to the pool yard and wonderful sea views. An imposing concrete cantilever staircase at the living room leads to the tower’s upper level, to the sea view master bedroom. The master bedroom features a wardrobe, a desk and has ensuite bathroom.
Lithos House private outdoor spaces include an infinity pool with umbrellas and chaises lounges, a lounge and shaded dining area. The outdoor spaces are designed to inspire a connection with the Mani landscape and are oriented towards the sea and sunset views.
In close distance from Lithos, the traditional mountainous village of Pigi, invites visitors to an authentic slow living experience, that comes with striking views of Taigetos mountain and the Messinian bay.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
