The Villa consists of two stylish decorated bedrooms with each its own bathroom. Our Coco-mat beds, linen and towels, exclusively made from 100% natural materials, will make you dream on nature and enjoy the comfort of a natural product. The modern kitchen is fully equiped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The living is cosy with a comfortable corner couch, TV, Netflix and bluetooth audio system. The villa has air conditioning in every room and Free Wifi. Villa Ipos suits maximal 4 guests.

Villa Ipos has a breath taking terrace with wooden pergola, authentic handmade table, comfy corner couch and chairs; perfect to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner or watch the beautiful sunsets with a nice cocktail. The refreshing outdoor hydro pool with bamboo sunbeds and comfortable poufs is the place for endless relaxing moments at the pool and the perfect location to enjoy the sun during the day. Outside the main bedroom on the first floor there is a large balcony with a handmade, comfortable bamboo lounge set. A great place to enjoy a coffee or light breakfast in the morning or watch the stars at night, all in private atmosphere. From the guest room on the ground floor you have access to the back terrace to watch the sunrise with view on Mount Zas.

Villa Ipos is located at one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos. The house is walking distance from the organized beach of Agia Anna and Plaka with many restaurants and beautiful beach bars with relaxing sunbeds. Besides the organized beaches, there is the naturist beach of Agia Anna with the unique Cedar forest and the authentic small Greek chapel of St. Nicolas.  Supermarket, bakery, rental cars, bus stop are around the corner.

For many years the villa onwers, have dreamed of having a house close to the sea on the beautiful island of Naxos. Petros family heritage is from Naxos. We both live in the Netherlands and have a special connection with the island.

In April 2019 we found our place, at that time still under construction. From the first minute we were in love with the house, the perfect location and the amazing view. We decorated the house with unique furniture and decoration from all over the world to give Villa Ipos its own character, comfort and style.
