Villa Olives, opened in July 2020, is set just above Lourdas Bay, close to nature in a totally private, exclusive, and peaceful environment. Hundreds of olive trees surround the property. Perched on a hill, the house offers breathtaking views of the blue Ionian Sea and Mount Ainos, which rises to 1,600 meters. The architecture combines contemporary, Cycladic, and Kefalonian styles, with careful attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials to ensure comfort and coziness during every stay.
The property is divided into three independent buildings to take full advantage of the views and the location. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. The main house includes a pergola fitted out for all meals, three bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, and a library. A separate structure features four bedrooms suitable for two or three guests, while another structure offers three bedrooms for two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, double refrigerator, two dishwashers, and a double plancha area in the main pergola, as well as a large dining space for up to 26 people.
The 17 x 9 m infinity pool is surrounded by a 280 m² wooden deck. Just below the pool, there is a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue, refrigerator, and dishwasher, opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of Lourdas Bay. Many relaxing and shaded areas are available around the property, offering both privacy and conviviality.
The villa is located just 800 meters from Lourdas Beach, on the southwest coast of Kefalonia, one of the largest Ionian islands in Greece. Lourdas Beach is the closest to the house and offers traditional taverns, bars, and mini-markets. Guests can rent sunbeds or motorboats to explore the wilder nearby beaches, such as Sissia and Lefka, both accessible on foot. The area is also ideal for hiking, with Mount Ainos Natural Park offering magnificent trails.
The rental of a 4x4 is recommended, as the final access to the villa is via a country road.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
