Villa Olives, opened in July 2020, is located just above the bay of Lourdas, close to nature in a totally private, exclusive and peaceful environment. Hundreds of olive trees surround the property. Located on a hill, the house offers both a fantastic view of the blue ionian sea and Mount Ainos, that is 1600m high. This house mixes contemporary, Cycladic and Kefalonian styles. Details have been carefully considered and only high quality materials
have been chosen to make every stay comfortable and cozy.
The property is divided into 3 independent buildings in order to take advantage of the views and the location, each bedroom has its own private terraces:
- a main house with a pergola fitted out for all meals, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room
with a library,
- a structure of 4 bedrooms for 2 or 3 people,
- a structure of 3 bedrooms for 2 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, double refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, double plancha space in the main pergola and dining area for 26 people.
The 17x9 m infinity pool is surrounded by a large wooden terrace of 280 m2. A fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen located below the swimming pool with barbecue, refrigerator and dishwasher is at your disposal with its terrace and a breathtaking view of the bay of Lourdas. Many spaces are available around the house.
The villa is located 800 m from the beach of Lourdas, on the south-west coast of Kefalonia, a large Ionian island of Greece. This beach is the closest to the house. Here you will find traditional taverns, bars and mini markets. You can also rent deckchairs or motorboats to
reach the wildest beaches in the area, such as the beaches of Sissia and Lefka, close to the house and only accessible on foot. Great hikes in Mount Ainos Natural Park are recommended!

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
