Villa Alethia is located in Tersanas, right on the edge of the sea.The 60m2 veranda facing east, south and west offers magnificent views of Kalathas and Chania bays with the famous White Mountains in the background.
Enjoy your breakfast on the lovely veranda while the sun is rising, or relax enjoying a glass of good Cretan wine at dusk, while the sun sinks into the clear blue waters of the Cretan Sea
At midday you can sunbathe by the infinity pool drinking a cocktail and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the mountains offered by its excellent location
Alethia villa is a 240 sqm house, which all rooms are almost at the same level. There are only 2-3 stairs, which separate the main area from the three bedrooms.
It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very spacious living room, kitchen and a small auxiliary space next to it, a very spacious and panoramic veranda with great view to the sea and White Mountains.
The master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with a shower and a sea view veranda. The second bedroom includes also a double bed and a sofa bed. It offers also great sea view and sitting area at the patio. The third bedroom has two single beds and also sea view. The fourth bedroom consists of one double bed and it is very close to the main area of the house. The main bathroom includes bathtube and double sink and the third bathroom has a shower and it is next to the fourth bedroom. The kitchen includes oven, fridge, refridgerator, filter coffee, kettle, toaster, dish washer. The dining room, kitchen and the sitting room are at the same area.
Alethia villa lies 100 m away from tersanas sandy beach, 10 km away from the airport, 12 km away from the centre on Chania. One km away is Chorafakia where you can find super market. Public transportation passes almost every hour from and to Chania.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
