Villa Thealos in Lefkada offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Thealos is 120 square meters in size and is laid out over two levels. The ground floor is set out with an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with sit down island and large sliding doors filling the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views.
Via internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Thealos where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor lower level area. The twin beds can also be converted to double beds upon request. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the lower level outdoor area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom shared by the twin bedrooms.
Villa Thealos comprises and features a range of outdoor areas to accommodate every request and every need. Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Thealos in Lefkada featuring a private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Dessimi Bay in the background. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sun-beds to soak up the Greek sun.
The stand out feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel. You will enjoy many evening meals next to the pool area with your family and loved ones. Additionally the villa provides private parking. All in all, Villa Thealos gives you everything and more of what you expect from a Greek Villa Holiday.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
