The breeze is captured now by a new generation of windsurfers and kitesurfers and is becoming one of the most popular location in the Ionian Islands for these sports. Nearby Lefkas Town is a wonderful place to wander.
Cross the bridge from Lefkas town and you are in the mainland, within an easy drive to the Preveza Airport, the ferry port of Igoumenitsa, the ruined Roman city of Nikopolis and the modern cities of Ioannina and Athens.
The Villa is located 100 m from the beach of Agios Ioannis, the most amazing kite surfing spot in Lefkada. The wind is thermal and ranges from 10 to 23 knots. The wind starts blowing at noon every day, except for some rare days when there is rain or dark clouds.
Each villa has been individually furnished to provide its own character. The open plan living room and kitchen opens on to a garden and patio with private pool. There is a big pergola for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table. The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio.
The fully equipped kitchen also contains a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds.
An extra folding bed for a fifth person can be added to the living room if required. All bedrooms are generous size,have a balcony and offer a spectacular view to the open sea.
There are two bathrooms, one is upstairs and the other one is downstairs. Oak floors all over the house and marble tiled bathrooms add a touch of luxury. The houses are air conditioned and heated throughout.
Lefkada is among the best Greek islands for kite surfing and windsurfing. Particularly the beaches of Agios Ioannis and Vassiliki are the ideal places for these two wind sports. The afternoon is the best time for kite surfing and windsurfing as the wind blows to the right direction. If you don’t know how to surf, there are few sports centres on the island that rent equipment and offer courses for all ages.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
