Villa Arabela covers 101 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, a well-appointed living room and kitchen area. The main characteristic of this villa is its spacious stone flagged terrace of 140 m2. As the villa is on the top of the complex it offers mesmerizing panoramic views of the surrounding vegetation and provides maximum privacy.
The cosy living room (37 m2) combines a siting area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone and a fireplace. The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) and the fact that it has large windows secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season and provides a breath-taking view of green gardens and the bay (side sea view) evoking peacefulness.
Villa Arabela has three comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms host a WC/shower -bathroom en-suite whilst the rest of the house is served by bathtub-bathroom. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble.
Its main terrace, which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool, approximately 8 x 4 in meters, a sunbathing area, with shaded areas designed to offer privacy, a parasol, sun lounges and a bamboo sitting area. Those who enjoy dining alfresco can take advantage of the wooden gazebo placed on the terrace (barbecues are available upon request). In the gazebo there is a marble top table and a stone sitting bench hosting 8 people easily.

To name but a few: to the east Gournia, a well maintained Minoan village; the fishermen village Mochlos, with antiquities from every historical period; the picturesque village Lastros; Sitia harbour and the Venetian castle Kazarma; Paleokastro, with a still unexplored Minoan Palace; Vai, the only natural palm forest of Europe; Agios Nikolaos town to shop and visit the museum; Spinalonga, the leper island; Panagia Kera, a 13 century temple with fresco icons; Plateau of Katharo, known for the relics of mini-elephants and mini-hippopotamus.
