Located in the area of Megalochori, overlooking the Caldera are a complex of 7 Villas.The Villas provide a panoramic view of the island from Thira and Thirassia, to Akrotiri and Oia and of course the volcano and the most beautiful sunset in the world. Minimalistic and chic, providing all the services expected from a five star, deluxe hotel it will take your breath away, just by sitting in the wooden deck verandas and soaking the sun and the amazing views.Just a few minutes by car from the main town of Fira and from the island's new port, the Villas look out to the grand blue of the Mediterranean over the island cliffs. The villas are a 10-minute walk from one of the oldest, most authentic and untouched villages of Santorini, providing a perfect locale that lies between luxury and old world charm.
The village of Megalohori offers traditional restaurants or 'tavernas', a lively central square, historic churches, 'modern' cave dwellings and quaint island architecture. There are even vineyards right outside the village that welcome guests and unveil the finest vintages. A few minutes from the property and for a more cultural experience visit the main town of Fira which is home to the archeological museum and several art galleries. Santorini's famous archaeological site, Akrotiri, will soon reopen and is a short drive away from the the Villas.
Seven impressive and grand villas named after seven known Greek goddesses, are decorated in minimal, traditional style and offer all the services expected from a five star, deluxe hotel. You will be amazed by the wooden deck pool area with the breathtaking view of the Caldera where you must devote one evening to enjoy a private candlelit dinner while sipping the colors of the sun setting.
Our Two Bedroom Villas offer spacious living room (some with fireplace), equipped with flat screen TV sets, a kitchen with dining table and facilities, two separate bedrooms with LCD TVs and two bathrooms, one offering Jacuzzi tab. The lovely veranda offers breathtaking view to the famous Caldera, equipped with comfortable furniture and sun loungers on the wooden deck of the villa’s private swimming pool.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
