This brand new, expansive villa has every conceivable mod con and luxurious fittings throughout. The seperate private apartment with stunning views of the valley and sea, is a great addition. The outside entertaining area is vast, with a large state-of-the-art BBQ, kitchenette, fridge, long dining table, a bar with stools, sun lounges, a love seat and gardens with stunning plants and organic vegetables which we consumed with relish.
The main house (375 m2) with its vast living room' kitchen and 3 en-suite bedrooms are all on one level. A 4th en-suite room is situated on the first floor with a private entry and terrace overlooking the see. The 5th en-suite room is an independent studio apartment with its own terrace overlooking the see.
alongside the large infinity pool (20x5m) is the outdoor dining area with its BBQ and outdoor kitchen.
As you enter the large property you encounter a stunning spacious living room with a panoramic view to the sea, the valley below, and the island of Naxos. Villa Orizond incorporates an up to date air-conditioning and heating systems, but also a traditional fireplace allowing all seasons rent.
The owners have applied special attention to the Kitchen-vast and welcoming with its spectacular sea view, equipped with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a real treat. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden for fresh supply of organic herbs and vegetables, farm to table has never been so close.
The villa, pool and all exterior dining areas were all built on one level with no stairs, easy to access and enjoy by people with disabilities as well. The interior design is a subtle mixture of high-end modern furniture and rare findings from Athenian antique shops and flea markets.
The outdoor infinity pool of exceptional dimensions (20x5m) can be heated. Under the pergola by the pool an outdoor kitchen and a dining area for more than 12 people, a bar facing the view and an amazing Santa-Maria BBQ.
The fourth room accessible by its private staircase is the only one on the first floor. This room has a spectacular broad terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea and hill side as well.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
