Includes a  kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, and ice maker, and provides access to the three ground  floor bedrooms. Gaia Bedroom (14 m²) : Features a double bed (1.5 m), a separate bathroom with a shower  and WC, a wardrobe, and a balcony door with unobstructed east-facing views of the  protected forestry area. Kirki Bedroom (18 m²): Offers a double bed (1.8 m), a separate bathroom with a shower and  WC, a wardrobe, and a large sliding door for direct access to the pool. Poseidon Family Room (24 m²): Includes a double bed (1.6 m), an extra bench that can be  used as a bed for a child (80 x 190 cm), a separate bathroom with a shower and WC, a  wardrobe, and a balcony door leading to the pool terrace. 

Pergolas and outdoor relaxation areas: Dining Pergola: Situated on the main level, the dining pergola is protected from the north  wind and features a long wooden table that comfortably seats twelve people. Breakfast Pergola: Accessible from the kitchen door on the main level, the breakfast pergola  offers a 180-degree view from the east side to the sea. An L-shaped bench with cushions and  two traditional white tables provide a relaxing setting for leisurely mornings. Poolside Pergola: The poolside pergola is the perfect lounge area for relaxing after a  refreshing swim or enjoying lunch with friends. A bar table with high chairs accommodates  six people. Rooftop Terrace: The spacious rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 50 people and offers  the ideal vantage point for watching the sunset or stargazing. Courtyard: Near the main entrance, a few steps lead to a tranquil courtyard surrounded by  stone walls. A magnificent ficus tree provides shade in the afternoon, creating a peaceful  retreat for reading or relaxing away from the activity of the pool area. 

Beach access & Swimming: The 14-meter infinity pool is completely sheltered from the north wind by a stunning stone  wall and a spacious terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The first two meters of the pool  feature a shallow 50-centimeter sundeck, perfect for lounging in the water and socializing.  The remaining area has a depth of 1.2 to 1.4 meters. At the southern end of the property, a 50-meter private path leads alongside the neighboring  villa to a secluded beach, ideal for a morning swim or enjoying the sunset. This tranquil spot  is mainly visited by locals, with few tourists.
