Villa Cloe is a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the first floor one with twin beds with a sea view and another double bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests, and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun little things that will definitely impress you. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan sea, Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electrical cars.
For 2023, the swimming pool can be heated from March till end of May and from 15th September till end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend to use SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
