This lovely villa of 175 m2, with a private swimming pool, is only 10 km away from Mykonos town (“Chora”) and 3 km from the traditional village of Ano Mera.
Villa Alena is characterized by the harmonious plasticity of its building blocks which are fully integrated into the rough Mykonian landscape, giving guests a sense of relaxation and comfort, while forming a space completely children friendly.
The simplicity of Cycladic architecture aligns perfectly with the modern conveniences of a minimal decoration and combines comfort and tranquility for a relaxing vacation, with the opportunity to get in the midst of Mykonos “life” within a few minutes.
It is surrounded by fully shaped and planted with Mediterranean vegetation open space, open living areas with shaded pergolas and a swimming pool with overflow. It also features an outside BBQ and a compact outside shaded playground with various toys for children up to 8 years old.
From the large terraces guests can enjoy the Aegean Sea, gazing the islands of Paros and Naxos.
Following the natural slope Villa Alena is developed in two levels:
The entrance level includes a large living room with cosy dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large dinning terrace with pergola.
The lower level includes the Master bedroom with double bed and en- suite bathroom, two double bedrooms ( the first one with two single beds in it and the second one with one double bed), a single bedroom without windows , preferably to be used as staff room, a bathroom and a kitchenette. In the lower level of the house are located utility rooms for the villa’s facilities.
Villa Alena can accommodate 6 to 9 persons in the bedrooms and in a pull out double sofa bed in the living room. The villa can also provide a baby cot for infants up to 2 years old.
The amenities include central cooling module - heating throughout the house, flat-screen Tvs, Satellite antenna, BLU RAY, Wi-Fi access, Dishwasher and washing machine, and dryer.
Services include: maintenance and cleaning of the surrounding area and the pool, daily interior cleaning, change of linen and towels every two (2) days, Villa’s maintenance in case of any plumbing and electrical problems due to daily use.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
